30-day returns
Not the right fit? You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all parts and hardware.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions — please don't send items back without contacting us first.
- Because our furniture is large and heavy, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right with replacement parts, a replacement or a full refund — at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
