Refund policy

30-day returns: You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all parts and hardware. Please contact us with your order number to receive return instructions before sending anything back. Because our furniture is large and heavy, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send replacement parts, a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once shipped, this return policy applies.
