Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order to the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the US.

Processing and delivery: Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and most items are delivered in 3-7 business days from our US warehouses via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Each product page shows its own delivery estimate. Larger furniture may arrive in more than one box.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Damage in transit: If an item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
